BISMARK, N.D. – The Augustana men's golf team finished in first place in the Marauders Invitational that concluded Tuesday afternoon. In a nine-team field, the Vikings shot a stroke count of 598 in Bismark, North Dakota.
Will Allen finished in first place with a stroke count of 140 after two rounds of 70.
Jacob Stewart finished in third place with a stroke count of 149.

How it Happened
- Allen dominated the tournament with back-to-back rounds of 70 to finish the tournament 4-under-par and with a six-stroke lead on the second-place finisher. He tallied 11 birdies throughout the tournament with six on day one and five on day two.
- Stewart totaled rounds of 79 and 70 for a tournament stroke count of 149. He totaled four birdies and an eagle on day two.
- Henry Hartquist finished in a tie for seventh with a total stroke count of 154 after rounds of 84 and 70. Hartquist totaled six birdies and one eagle.
- Kaiden Brovold finished in a tie for ninth with one other golfer. He shot a day one round of 80 and finished day two with a stroke count of 75 for a total of 155.
- Emmet Hansen totaled a stroke count of 166 after rounds of 91 and 75. He finished in a tie for 25th.
- Chase McDonald played as an individual and recorded a stroke count of 160 and in a tie for 17th. He shot rounds of 83 and 77.
