SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana soccer (4-4-2, 3-2-1) is slated for a single home match on Morstad Field with a start time of 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

The Golden Bears
Concordia St.Paul (5-2-2, 3-2-1) was on the road last weekend with a tie against St.Cloud State 0-0 and a win against Minnesota Duluth 4-0. 

Senior Sammy Ponosonbu leads the Golden Bears in goals with four on the season. Midfielder Clare Snapko netted two goals in CSP's win over Minnesota Duluth. 

The Vikings
Augustana recorded a 0-0 tie Friday, Oct. 4 against Minot State and fell on Sunday, Oct. 6 to UMary 1-0. 

Aaliyah Matthews continues to stand tall between the pipes with five clean sheets this season. Her 2024 campaign includes 38 saves over the course of nine starts. Senior Sierra Barkus leads the team with shots on goal with seven on the season. 

Sioux Falls native Ashlyn Kelliher has played in all six of the Vikings' conference games. On the season, the Vikings have 120 shots on goal, an average of 12 shots per game. Augustana has scored eight goals this season.

The Vikings will be in Sioux Falls next weekend. They will host Wayne State on Friday, Oct. 18, and then travel to the southeast side of Sioux Falls to take on the University of Sioux Falls in a matchup on Sunday, Oct. 20.
