SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Augustana soccer team had five Vikings named to the CSC Academic All-District Team announced Tuesday by the College Sports Communicators.
Macie Haggerty, Midfield/Forward
Haggerty finished second on the team in scoring with four goals and two assists for 10 points and was named to the NSIC All-Conference second team. Haggerty found the back of the net against Central Missouri, Sioux Falls, Northern State and Southwest Minnesota State. In 57 career games, she scored five goals and three assists for 13 points.
Ally Hamski, Midfield
Hamski earned NSIC second-team honors after she finished the season with nine points by way of four goals and one assist in 19 games played. Hamski tallied goals against Minnesota State, Minnesota Duluth, Sioux Falls and Minnesota-Crookston. In 19 games played, Hamski played 1,143 minutes. Through three seasons, Hamski has played in 55 games and has recorded eight goals and two assists.
Audrey Parnell, Forward/Midfield
Parnell finished the season with nine points after she netted four goals and one assist in 17 games played. She tallied goals against Minnesota State, Minnesota Duluth, Sioux Falls and Minnesota-Crookston. In three seasons with the Vikings, Parnell has played in 34 games and has scored five goals and two assists.
Connor Rylance, Defender
Rylance suited up in all 19 games this season for the Vikings, she netted one goal and had four assists for six points. She scored her lone goal against Minnesota-Crookston and had back-to-back-back games with an assist. Rylance has played in 58 games, starting in 57 and has two goals and five assists in her career.
Delaney Kost, Defender
Kost started in all 19 games for the Vikings this season and totaled a career-high three assists. In four seasons with Augustana, Kost has played in 46 career games, starting in 37. She totaled 1,092 minutes of play this season and played a big part in Augustana's nine shutouts.
The 2024-25 Academic All-District® Men's and Women's Soccer Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
