SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Augustana head men's basketball coach Cody Schilling has announced a pair of additions to his 2024-25 roster. Jacob Brandt and Tameron Ferguson have signed their national letters of intent to play for the Vikings next season.

"We are fired up to welcome Tameron and Jacob to the Augustana Men's Basketball family," Schilling said. "Both of these guys fit our culture and also our pursuit of excellence on and off the basketball court. Vikings fans are going to love watching these two compete in the navy blue and gold for years to come."

Schilling on Brandt:
"Jacob's length, skill set and versatility are things that I am extremely excited about. He is a player who has improved so much over the last 18 months and I'm excited to see where he is another year or two down the road. He has a big time upside and is a tremendous kid. Jacob is hardworking and has an immense love for the game of basketball. I'm excited to work with him over the next 4 to 5 years and watch his game grow and blossom. We are fired up to welcome Jacob to the Augustana basketball family."

Being a coach's son, he has a great feel and understanding of the game. He is a fierce competitor on both ends of the floor and he's been a winner everywhere he's been. I'm excited to work with Tam on a daily basis and continue to help him grow his game. He will be a great addition to Augustana Viking basketball!"
