BURNSVILLE, Minn. – The NSIC Regular Season Champions Augustana softball led the NSIC with nine all-conference selections, including seven on the first team, announced by the league Tuesday. The Vikings are highlighted by NSIC Player of the Year
Gracey Brink, and Newcomer/Pitcher of the Year

Gracey Brink - NSIC Player of the Year
- Led the NSIC batting average at .494 and held the conference's best OPS with 1.534 in 28 games played
- In 81 at-bats she accounted for 36 runs with 40 hits
- Homered nine times with 19 RBIs and an NSIC-best slugging percentage of .963
- In the field, she has a perfect fielding percentage of 1.000 and 143 put-outs
- Helped Augustana to its fourth-straight NSIC Championship
- Is the fourth Viking to earn NSIC Player of the Year, joining Sarah Kennedy (2015/17) and Kendall Cornick (2021),
Torri Chute (2023),
Grace Glanzer - NSIC Pitcher and Newcomer of the Year
- Led the NSIC with a 0.72 ERA and recorded a 14-0 record in 88 innings pitched
- Gave up only 12 runs through 14 starts and struck out 86 batters with 17 looking
- Against 303 batters, the opposing batting average was an NSIC best .125
- She had six shutouts and two combined
- Just the second Augustana player to earn NSIC Pitcher of the Year honors, joining Jenelle Trautmann (2015)
In addition to the major award winners, the Vikings saw
Torri Chute,
Desi Cuevas,
Andrea Cain,
Kennedy Buckman and
Ashton Dorman named to the first team.
Lexi Lander and
Stella Harber were named to the second team.
The NSIC defensive team consisted of three Vikings, Cuevas, Buckman and Brink.
Augustana softball kicks off the NSIC Tournament with a Thursday contest slated for noon at Bowden Field in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
