HUDSON, Wis. – The Augustana men's golf team finished in third place at the Fall Brawl held in Hudson, Wisconsin. The Vikings finished with a final stroke count of 587 in a 13-team field. Jacob Stewart led the Vikings with a tie for second place with a stroke count of 142.

How it Happened

• Stewart finished the tournament in a tie for second place after rounds of 70 and 72. He birdied seven holes including four on round two. 
• Will Allen recorded an eighth-place finish with a total stroke count of 146. He tallied a score of 71 on day one and a 75 on day two. 
• Emmet Hansen finished in a tie for 37th after a total stroke count of 152. Hansen totaled rounds of 77 and 75. 
• Kaiden Brovold ranked as the third-highest finisher for the Vikings after a total stroke count of 147. He recorded a round of 74 and finished the tournament with a score of 73.
• Henry Hartquist rounded out the Viking finishers with a tie for 67th after rounds of 87 and 76 for a total score of 163. 
• Augustana shot 19-over par throughout the event.

Augustana men's golf takes the remainder of the week to prepare for the Watkins Invitational in Lake City, Minnesota. The tournament begins on Monday, Sept. 23, and concludes on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
