LAKE CITY, Minn. – The Augustana men's golf team finished in eighth place at the Watkins Invitational held in Lake City, Minnesota. The Vikings finished with a team score of 595 in a 13-team field.
Jacob Stewart led the Vikings with a stroke count of 146 and finished in a tie for 18th.

How it Happened
- Stewart recorded rounds of 72 and 74 for a final stroke count of 146. He tallied nine birdies throughout two rounds.
- Emmet Hansen totaled three birdies and an eagle through rounds of 74 and 76. He tallied a stroke count of 150.
- Will Allen finished in a tie for 30th with a stroke count of 150. Allen tallied five birdies through two days.
- Kaiden Brovold shot rounds of 73 and 78 for a total stroke count of 151 and a tie for 38th. In two days of play, he tallied seven birdies.
- Henry Hartquist shot back-to-back rounds of 76 for an official stroke count of 152. By the completion of Tuesday's round, he recorded five birdies.
- Jackson Skuodas and Jimmy Mendel golfed as individuals and shot stroke counts of 157 and 159.
- Augustana totaled 29 birdies in the Watkins Invitational.
