Vikings Set For Hall of Fame Clash Against CSP

10/7/2025 4:33:00 PM

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The No. 7 Augustana football team (6-0 overall, 5-0 NSIC) hosts Concordia-St. Paul (1-5, 1-4) for their annual Hall of Fame game on Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m.

10 Vikings will be inducted in this year's class, including former football players Josh Kayser and Terry Lehnen. Kayser, a 2002 All-NCC First Team selection was a leader on an offensive line that allowed just eight sacks, tied for the least amount of sacks allowed in program history. He was a first-team CCA All-Region selection and blocked for a rushing attack that averaged 150.1 yards per game.

Lehnen, a 1985 NCC All-Conference second team honoree, was a four-year letterwinner and starter for the Vikings. He was a team captain as a senior and finished his career as the program-record holder with 2,672 rushing yards, a record that stood for five seasons. Also a threat in the passing game, Lehnen is one of two Vikings to record over 2,500 rushing yards, 100 receptions and 1,000 receiving yards, with 40 years separating the two instances.

Augieville, the site for all pregame festivities, will be the site for the 2025 Burger Battle, hosted by the Beef Council. Don't forget to get your entries in!

Complete action can be followed on GoAugie.com/Live and the GoAugie app, presented by The Original Pancake House. The app can be downloaded in the app store or Google Play.
