SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Augustana hockey program announced its full 2025-26 regular season schedule Tuesday morning, including 19 games to be played at Midco Arena. In the upcoming season, AU will host three non-conference opponents from the NCHC. 

Augustana comes off an 18-13-4 overall record, where it finished second in the CCHA with a conference record of 9-5-2. The 2025-26 season brings a ton of excitement as AU will play a full conference schedule of 26 games. Augustana will play 34 regular-season games and one exhibition to open up the season. The Vikings will host six non-conference games and will be on the road for two. 

Regular season play begins on Oct. 10-11 in Duluth, Minnesota, against Minnesota Duluth. The Bulldogs compiled a 13-20-3 overall record last season and fell short to Arizona State in the NCHC Playoffs.

Augustana returns home the following weekend to face Arizona State on Oct. 17-18. The Vikings captured their first ranked win in program history against the Sun Devils during the 2023-24 season. 

The Vikings shift focus to conference play for the next 11 games, where Augustana will play Bemidji State twice, Northern Michigan, Ferris State, St. Thomas, Lake Superior State and Minnesota State. In its first 11 conference games, seven will be played at Midco Arena. 

Augustana finishes out the first half of the season with Omaha on Dec. 19-20. 

Colorado College finishes out the Vikings' non-conference slate on home ice, Jan. 2-3. 

AU dives back into conference play with a trip to the Upper Peninsula on Jan.9-10 to face off against the Wildcats of Northern Michigan. They'll return home to face Ferris State and Lake Superior State with a stop in Mankato, Minnesota, in between. Augustana rounds out the year with a trip back to the U.P. against Michigan Tech before it returns home to face Bowling Green. AU closes out the regular season on the road at St. Thomas on Jan. 20-21.
