BURNSVILLE, Minn. – After a weekend sweep over St. Cloud State and Sioux Falls, Maria Fiacan of Augustana women's tennis was named the NSIC Player of the Week, announced by the conference Monday afternoon.

Maria Fiacan (Sr., Geneva, Switzerland)
- Helped Augustana to a 2-0 record against St. Cloud State and Sioux Falls 
- Won at No. 1 singles over SCSU's Lilianna Mendivil (6-1, 6-0) 
- Won at No. 1 singles over USF's Chloe Siegfort (6-1, 6-3) 
- Earned wins at No. 1 doubles in both matches (6-1 vs. SCSU, 6-0 vs. USF)
