2012 (Junior): Indoor - earned All-America honors as the anchor leg of the national champion distance medley team (9:49.06) on Mar. 9 ... won the 3000-meter run (8:32.80) and placed second as part of a 1-2-3 sweep of the mile run (4:14.97) at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 25 ... Outdoor - garnered All-America honors with a fourth-place finish in the 3,000-meter steeplechase (9:10.21) on May 25 ... named NSIC Track Athlete of the Year after winning the 5,000-meter run (15:23.40, All-NSIC) at the NSIC Championships on May 12 ... provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 1500-meter run (3:48.12) at the Minnesota State Twilight meet on May 2 ... finished second at the Mt. Sac Relays in the 5,000-meter run (14:08.27) on April 25 ... won the distance medley relay second division (9:50.44) and placed second in the 4x800-meter relay second division (7:35.10) at the Drake Relays on April 25.

2011 (Sophomore):  Indoor - earned All-America honors as part of distance medley relay team (9:58.72) that placed third at NCAA Championship ... placed second in 1,600-meter run (4:15.36, All-NSIC) and fifth in 5,000-meter run (15:17.07) at NSIC Championship on Feb. 25-26 ... Outdoor - national runner-up in 3,000-meter steeplechase (8:53.01) ... also earned All-America honors in the event ... named All-Central Region in 3,000-meter steeplechase ... won 1500-meter run (4:17.06) and 5000-meter run (15:39.81) at NSIC Championship on May 13-14, picking up All-NSIC honors in those events ... champion in 3000-meter steeplechase (8:55.91) at Howard Wood Relays on May 5-6 ... 3000-meter steeplechase champion (9:01.61) and third in 800-meter run (155.25) at Winona State Invite on April 22 ... placed 20th in the 5,000-meter run (14:51.84) at Stanford Invite on March 25 ... named NSIC Track Athlete of the Week on May 10.

2010 (Freshman): Indoor - placed fourth in 5,000-meter run (15:00.47) at NSIC Championship ... Outdoor - won 1,500-meter run (3:55.72) and 5,000-meter run (14:47.08) at NSIC Championship to earn All-NSIC honors in both events.
