2017-18 (Senior):
Indoor: At the Ted Nelson Classic had a time of 1:24.37 in the 600m… Had a personal best at the SDSU Classic in the 800m and 1000m… in the 800m had a time of 1:57.64… and the 1000m 2:34.65
Outdoor: At the NSIC Championships placed 9th in the 800 with a time of 1:55.68… also placed 2nd in the 4x800 at the Drake Relays with a time of 7:35.45

2016-17 (Junior)
Indoor: Named to the Winter Academic All-NSIC team … set a personal best in the 800-meters with a time of 1:58.24 at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 11) … placed third at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 17) in the 1,000-meters with a season’s best time of 2:34.71.
Outdoor: Named to the Spring Academic All-NSIC team ... finished in sixth in the 800-meters with a season's best time of 1:54.49 at the NSIC Championships (May 13) ... recorded a personal best in the 400-meters with a time of 52.05 at the Sioux City Relays (April 22) ... took first at the MSU Twilight (May 3) in the 800-meters.

2015-16 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished first in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:38.45 at the Wildcat Open ... Placed in ninth in the 1000-meter run with a time of 2:38.16 at the NSIC Championship
Outdoor: Finished fifth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:58.69 at the NSIC Championship ... placed fifth in the 800-meter run with a time of 1:54.08 at the Howard Wood Relays ... finished fifth in the 1500-meter run with a time of 4:07.79 at the USF Invitational 

2014-15 (Freshman)
Indoor: Won the 1000 meter race at the MSU-Ted Nelson Invitational with a time of 2:38.92 … Placed fourth in the 800 meter race with a time of 2:02.08 at the USD Twilight Meet.
Outdoor: Placed eighth in the 800 meter race with a time of 1:55.81 at the Mount Marty Twilight Meet.

High School: 2014 graduate of Waukee High School … placed eighth in the 800-meter run at the 2013 Iowa High School Track and Field Championships … was a member of the third-place 4x800-meter relay team at the 2013 Iowa High School Track and Field Championships … recorded personal-bests of 50.5 seconds in the 400-meter dash, 1:56.50 in the 800-meter run, 4:25.70 in the 1,600-meter, and 16:02 in the cross country 5k.
