Gameday Promotions | Vikingland
Everyone is welcome to "Vikingland," the site for all pre-game festivities, located at the football practice area to the northwest of the stadium, along Lake Avenue. Vikingland will be open from 11:30 a.m.-12:45 p.m. on game day with the following activities.
Kids' Zone: Kids are invited to participate in fun games and competitions. Augustana student-athletes will lead the children through a series of games. As the kids play, they can accumulate tickets. Inside the stadium, the kids can use these tickets to trade for prizes, including Augustana gear! (Everyone is welcome to play the games inside the Kids' Zone; however, tickets will only be awarded to participants in middle school or younger.)
Food: Vikingland concessions will be catered by Sodexo, the college's food service vendor, starting at 11:30 a.m. Everyone is welcome. The cost is $5 per person and includes a drink. Athletic Club members are invited to eat for free. In addition, do not hesitate to participate in games offered for adults. |

Since 2009, Augustana athletics has teamed up with Sanford Health to recognize a patient who has been hospitalized or is currently hospitalized at Sanford Children’s. Each child is given a Sanford Kickoff Kid t-shirt, their family receives free admission to the game and the opportunity to join members of the Augustana football team at the coin toss. |
