Jeremy Baratta enters his second year as the Athletic Communications Assistant at Augustana in 2017-18.
Baratta is the main media contact for Cross Country, Women’s Soccer, Women's Golf, Wrestling, Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field, and Baseball.
Baratta is a native of Omaha, Nebraska and earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Sport Management from Wayne State College in 2016.
Baratta spent two years working on the Stat Crew under the Sports Information Director at WSC. A few Baratta’s responsibilities included stat calling, stat running, and working sporting events.
Baratta also interned with the University of Nebraska-Omaha in athletic communications in the spring of 2016. Baratta was the main media contact for Women’s Indoor and Outdoor Track and Field and Women’s Tennis.
Baratta resides in Sioux Falls and is pursuing his Master’s Degree in Sports Administration and Leadership at Augustana.
