High School: Fink graduated from Campbell County High School in May of 2022. As a senior, Fink pitched 83.2 innings, logged 104 strikeouts and had an ERA of .92. He earned first team all-state honors in 2022. As a junior, he pitched 57.1 innings, held a record of 9-1 on the mound, and garnered all-state second team honors. Fink tallied 99 strikeouts as a junior and pitched 68.1 innings, helping his team to third place in the Gopher Classic.
