High School: Joey was a starter and letterwinner as a junior for Lakeville North … As a junior he had a batting average of .409 … During his junior campaign he earned All-Suburban Conference team … Earned the Panther Award for being the most dedicated player on his team … He helped lead his team to the Section 3AAA Title, a Minnesota AAA State tournament appearance and a Runner-up finish in the state tournament

Personal: Born October 13, 1997 in Burnsville, Minn. to Jay and Pam Larson; While at Augustana he plans on double majoring in Biology and Physics. He has career goals to one day become either a Biomedical Engineer or an Orthopedic Surgeon
