Becky Parks is in her second season as Augustana's Spirit Squad Advisor in 2014-15.
Parks graduated from Augustana in 2009 with a degree in nursing. She currently works at Sanford Health as a nurse and has been coaching high school cheer and dance for the last three years.
Parks was a dance team a coach at Canton High School, cheer team advisor at Tea Area and most recently at Washington High School, where here team won the Spirit of Six Award in 2013.
Parks was a member of the Sioux Falls Storm Lightning Girls for two seasons and was a member of a team that won Indoor Football League dance team of the year. She was also a two-time dance team All-America nominee at Canton High School.
Parks resides in Sioux Falls with her husband Austin, a 2007 graduate of Augustana.
