2012 (Senior): Started all 11 games at middle linebacker ... named All-NSIC South Division defense first team ... led the team with career-high 108 tackles ... had team-high 50 solo tackles ... recorded 4.5 tackles for loss ... finished with one sack ... intercepted career-high three passes ... broke up three passes ... returned an interception 42 yards for a touchdown against Minnesota, Crookston on Sept. 15 ... had 10 or more tackles in a game seven times ... had season-high 14 tackles against Minnesota State on Oct. 6 ... recorded 10 solo tackles against Wayne State on Sept. 29 ... finished fifth in the NSIC in total tackles. 

2011 (Junior): Started all 11 games at linebacker ... named All-NSIC South Division defense first team and Daktronics All-Super Region three second team ... led team with 107 tackles ... also had team-best 47 solo stops ... had six double-figure tackle efforts ... registered 15 stops against Bemidji State on Sept. 10 ... made 10.0 tackles for loss of 31 yards and was in on sack ... had 2.5 tackles for loss of 11 yards against BSU ... forced two fumbles ... broke up four passes ... made interception against Winona State on Oct. 15 ... blocked kick against Minnesota Duluth on Sept. 3 ... fourth in NSIC with 91 tackles in conference games.

2010 (Sophomore):  Appeared in all 13 games ... recorded 56 tackles ... also had four tackles for loss and one sack ... registered career-high 10 tackles against Southwest Minnesota State on Sept. 25 ... had 11 multi-tackle games ...  broke up pass against U-Mary on Sept. 18 ... named Academic All-NSIC.

2009 (Redshirt Freshman): Appeared in five games ... recorded nine tackles on season ... recorded four tackles, including one for loss, against Minnesota, Crookston on Sept. 12.

2008 (Redshirt): Sat out season as redshirt.

High School:  2008 graduate of Groton Area High School ... four-time All-Northeast Conference performer and two-time Class A all-state selection ... named to Argus Leader Elite 45 Team as junior and senior .... team captain as a senior ... recorded 106 total tackles, 22 tackles for loss, nine sacks, three fumble recoveries and three interceptions as senior ... also caught four passes for 93 yards and completed 18 of 28 passes for 284 yards and one touchdown ... guided team to Class A state title game where he was named Most Valuable Player ... registered 102 tackles, three sacks, three fumble recoveries and three blocked kicks during junior season ...  also rushed for 1,219 yards and 21 touchdowns ... had 123 tackles and four sacks during sophomore season ... tallied 85 tackles, eight sacks, two fumble recoveries, one interception and blocked kick as a freshman ... played for Shaun Wanner.
