High School:  A two-year varsity letterwinner at Lincoln-Way East High School … A team captain as a senior … Earned 2007 All-Southwest Suburban-Blue First Team honors … Selected to the All-Area First Team … Did not allow a sack and dished out 41 pancake blocks … The Griffins posted a 9-3 record and reached the state quarterfinals … Started 2 games as a junior in 2006 … Collected 9 pancake blocks as the Griffins went 12-1, won the conference championship and reached the state semifinals.
