High School: A three-year starting running back at Eden Prairie High School … Was the Eagles’ leading rusher as a junior and senior and the leading receiver as a senior … Had 763 yards rushing and 232 yards receiving with 11 total touchdowns in 2004 … Rushed for 1,067 yards and scored 17 touchdowns as a junior in 2003 … Was a two-time All-Lake Conference selection … Named to the All-Metro Team and the Minnesotapreps.com honorable mention all-state team in 2004 … Helped the Eagles win two Lake Conference titles and the 2002 Class 5A state crown … The Eagles went 33-3 during his final three seasons … Finished his career with over 2,000 yards rushing, 400 yards receiving and 30 touchdowns … Also a three-year letterwinner in baseball … Helped lead the baseball team to two conference championships and the 2004 state title.
