2019 (Sophomore): NSIC Team Champion … Did not see any individual action during his sophomore campaign ..
2018 (Freshman): Finished in 107th place (8K, 34:40.8) at the NCAA Championship on Dec 1… Earned All Region honors with his season best 10K time of 31:12 at the NCAA Regional… Also earned Second Team All NSIC honors with his season best 8K time of 24:42.2 at the NSIC Championships, which was good for 11th place… Took 17th (8K, 25:45.49) at the Wisconsin-La Crosse Invitational… Earned a 16th place finish at the Roy Griak Invite on Sept. 29.
High School: Graduate of Washington High School in Sioux Falls, South Dakota… Has a personal best in the 5K with a time of 15:49… Placed 3rd at the state cross country meet in 2018… Was voted most valuable, most improved and best teammate by his teammates
