Brad Amundson was named Augustana hockey's director of operations in August of 2023.
Amundson, a 2023 graduate of the University of Minnesota, spent the past four years working with the Gopher men’s hockey team, earning the title of assistant director of hockey operations.
Amundson assisted the Gophers with pre-scout video, in-game tagging, time-on-ice and other statistical measures for the coaching staff. In addition, he conducted video analysis with HUDL and XOS Catapult Thunder. Off the ice, he helped organize daily operations such as travel itineraries, budget management and pre-game meals. He earned his degree in finance and accounting, twice finding himself on the dean’s list.
