2024-2025: At the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Macfarlane earned a personal best in the 50 Breast (30.77) and the 100 Breast (1:05.58), as well as season bests in the 200 IM (2:15.58) and 200 Breast (2:22.41).
2023-2024: Macfarlane took second in the AU vs UMM vs SMSU meet in the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:08.96. At the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Macfarlane went a personal best in the 50 Breast (31.35), and made season bests in the 100 Breast (1:07.18) and the 200 Breast (2:26.50).
High School: Graduated from Edina High School in 2023. Two time varsity letter winner.
