2024-2025: At the Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference, Lasher posted career best times in the 100 fly (51.60) and the 200 Breast (2:12.61). At the St. Thomas vs. Augustana meet, Lasher took 4th place in the 200 free, and 7th in the 100 fly.
2023-2024: At the Coyote Extravaganza, Lasher finished 9th in the 200 Free with a time of 1:49.21. At the GLIAC Championships, Lasher swam personal bests in 4 events: the 50 Free (21.48), the 100 Free (46.79), the 200 Free (1:42.01) and the 100 Fly (52.36).
