2014-15 (Senior)
Indoor: Placed second at the NSIC Indoor Championships in the Shot Put with a career best throw of 16.90 meters which also earned him an NCAA Provisional mark … Won the weighted throw at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a throw in 18.34 meter which also earned him an NCAA provisional mark … Won both the Shot Put (16.37 meters) and weighted throw (19.02 meter) at the NWU Open.
Outdoor: Placed second at the Northern Sun Conference Meet in the Shot Put with a throw of 16.16 meters … Placed fourth at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in the Hammer Throw with a distance of 51.09 meters.

2014 (Junior): 
Indoor: set school record in weighted throw (59 feet, 0.25 inches) on Feb. 21 at the USD Twilight … placed second in the shot put (55 feet, 1.5 inches) at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 28 
Outdoor: notched a eighth-place finish in the hammer throw (160 feet, 2 inches) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 2 … placed fourth in the shot put (52 feet, 1.25 inches) at the NSIC Championships on May 9 ...finished 15th in the discus (130 feet, 10 inches) at the NSIC Championships on May 9. 

2013 (Sophomore):
Indoor: finished seventh in the weighted throw (54 feet, 5.5 inches) at the Bison Open on Feb. 9 … placed third in the shot put (52 feet, 3.75 inches) at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 22.
Outdoor: took third-place at the Missouri Relays in shot put (51 feet, 5.5 inches) … placed 10th in the discus throw (136 feet, 4 inches) at the Wildcat Classic on March 29.

2012 (Freshman):
Indoor: placed second with a season best in the shot put (51 feet, 3 inches) at the Wayne State Dual on Feb 18 ... earned fifth place at the NSIC Championships in the weight throw (50 feet, 2.25 inches) and shot put (51feet, 1.75 inches) on Feb 25
Outdoor: placed fifth in the hammer throw (43 feet, 4.5 inches) at the Sioux Falls Relays on May 5 ... placed sixth at the NSIC Championships on May 11 in the shot put (49 feet, 3.5 inches) ... notched an eighth place finish at the NSIC Championships on May 11 in the discus throw (145 feet, 5 inches).

High School: 2011 graduate of Duluth Denfeld High School.
