2015-16 (Senior)
Indoor: Was a part of the 4x400 meter relay team that took second at the NSIC Championship on Feb. 26 … finished in fourth in the 600 meters with a season best time of 1:22.79 at the SDSU Tune Up on Feb. 19.
Outdoor: Was a part of the conference champion 4x400 meter relay team at the NSIC Championship on May 14 … posted a season best mark in the 400 meters with a time of 50.26 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays in May 7.

2014-15 (Junior)
Indoor: Placed second in the 600 meter race at both the SDSU Open with a time of 1:22.47 … Placed fourth in the 4x400 meter relay at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:23.30.
Outdoor: Placed sixth in the 4x400 meter race at the Red Raider Open with a time of 3:28.67 … At the Drake Relays placed third in the Distance Medley Relay with a team time of 10:08.74.

2013 (Sophomore): 
Indoor: placed second in the 400-meter race (51.48) at the USD Alumni Meet on Jan. 26 ... took first-place in the 600-meter (1:22.78) at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 22 … earned a third-place finish (1:21.84) at the NSIC Championships … Outdoor: finished 30th in the 800-meter (1:56.20) at the Azusa Pacific Bryan Clay Invitational on April 19 … placed third in the 400-meter (49.19) at the NSIC Championships on May 10.

2012 (Freshman):
Indoor:  earned All-America honors as part of the national champion distance medley relay team (9:49.06) at the NCAA Championship ... placed sixth at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 25
Outdoor: Did not compete

High School:  2011 graduate of Marshalltown High School ... finished sixth in 800-meter run and eighth in 400-meter dash at state meet .. anchored distance medley relay team that won state title ... personal bests of 48.5 seconds in 400-meter dash and 1:56 in 800-meter run.
