High School: A 2014 graduate of Willmar Senior High School … four-year letterwinner and two-year captain of the Cardinals … earned All-State honors in cross country as a senior and first team all-conference honors as a junior and senior … led WSHS to conference championship in 2012 and won the cross country individual conference championship in 2013 … recorded personal-bests of 16:07 in the cross country 5k, 2:02.10 in the 800-meter run, 4:29.69 in the mile, and 9:55.50 in the 3,200-meter run.
