Shelby Bartlett enters her fourth season as the assistant swimming coach and head diving coach at Augustana.
In the 2022-23 season, Coach Bartlett helped lead the Vikings to their first ever NSIC Championship. Bartlett saw three individuals compete for the Vikings at the NSIC Championships while also seeing one diver compete at the GLIAC Championships for Augustana.
During the 2021-22 season, she led one diver to compete at the NSIC Championships where she set a school-record in the 1M Diving (11 Dives).
Prior to Augustana, she was the head diving coach at Cathedral High School in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she produced the first state finalist for diving in school history.
She was the head diving coach at Marshall University during 2017-18 where she produced the conference finalist in every single diving event at Conference USA Championships. She also helped them to a third-place team finish at the Conference USA Championships.
She was an assistant coach for the Fishers Diving club twice from 2010-14 and in 2011 in Fishers, Indiana, where she took five Divers to the AAU National Meet and produced a national champion along with 8 other medalists.
She graduated from Arkansas in 2016 with a bachelor of Science in Recreation and Sport Management and was also a diver for the University of Arkansas.
She is currently working on a Masters of Art in Sport Management and Leadership at Augustana.
