2019-20 (Senior):
Indoor: Finished in fifth-place in the 1,000 meter at the Maverick Invitational on Feb. 21 with a personal best time of 3:04.43… Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
Outdoor: Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence… Season canceled due to COVID-19

2018-19 (Junior):
Indoor: Academic All NSIC… Finished in fourth in the 1,000m (3:05.31) at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 2… Finished in fourth in the 800m (2:22.76) at the SDSU DII Invitational on Jan. 18. 
Outdoor: Academic All NSIC… Did not compete in outdoor events. 

2017-18 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Ran a season best 3,000m (10:10.81) while finishing in seventh place at the NSIC Indoor Championships on Feb. 24… Earned a fourth place finish in the 3,000m (10:27.70) at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 3. 
Outdoor: Ran a season best 5,000m (17:41.72) while finishing in 10th place at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 12… Earned a third place finish with her season best 1,500m time of 4:45.22 at the 2018 MIAA v. NSIC Showdown on Apr. 5.

2016-17 (Freshman)
Indoor: Set a personal best time of 10:58.74 in the 3,000-meters at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 11). 
Outdoor: Did not compete. 

High School: A 2016 graduate of Lincoln East High School … four-year letterwinner … five-time top 10 finishes at the state championship … was a member of the back-to-back state champion 4x800 relay team … two-time Academic-All Conference.

Personal: Daughter of Clint and Jana Sesow … born in Scottsdale, Ariz. on Aug. 5, 1998 … will major in Journalism and Communications.
