Outdoor: Ran a season's best 11:17.55 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 23 … Ran a season’s best 18:06.08 in the 5,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 15.
2019-20 (Junior):
Indoor: Finished in fourth-place in the 1,000 meter at the SDSU DII Invitational on Jan. 24 with a personal best time of 3:00.30… Finished in sixth-place in the mile at the Mark Schuck Open on Feb. 1 with a personal best time of 5:06.47… Finished in second-place in the 3,000 meter at the Bison Open on Feb. 8 with a time of 10:10.99… Took seventh and fifth-place in the 3,000 meter and 5,000 meter at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 29 with times of 10:16.26 and 17:41.10, respectively... Outdoor: Academic All NSIC… Earned a sixth place finish (11:07.16) in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 11… Earned an 11th place finish with a season best 5,000m (17:30.42) at the UW-Platteville Invitational on Apr. 13.
2017-18 (Freshman)
Indoor: Set a personal record time of 10:06.99 in the 3000-meters at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 23-24) and took fifth ... finished in first in the 3000-meters at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 16) ... took ninth in the 3000-meters at the Ted Nelson Classic (Feb. 3).
Outdoor: Recorded her first provisionally qualifying mark of her career and a personal best in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the NSIC Championships (May 12) with a time of 11:02.18 to finish in fifth ... set a personal record in the 5000-meters at the Kip Janvrin Open (April 27) with a time of 17:39.20 which was good for third ... took fifth at the MIAA vs. NSIC Showdown (April 5) with a personal high time of 4:49.13 ... finished in third at the Howard Wood Relays (May 4-5) in the 3000-meter steeplechase ... took 11th in the 5000-meters at the NSIC Championships (May 12).
