2017-18 (Junior)
Indoor: Set a personal high in the 3000-meters with a time of 10:26.65 in a third place finish at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 16) ... recorded a personal record time of 17:50.59 at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 9-10) ... took 11th in the 3000-meters at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 23-24).
Outdoor: Earned All-Central Region honors in the 3000-meter steeplechase ... recorded her first career provisionally qualifying mark and a personal best in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the NSIC Championships (May 12) with a time of 11:00.73 in a fourth place finish ... set a personal best time in a second place finish in the 5000-meters at teh Kip Janvrin Open (April 27) with a time of 17:38.50.

2016-17 (Sophomore)
Indoor: Finished in fifth at the NSIC Championships (Feb. 25) in the 1,000-meters with a season’s best time of 3:01.82 … took fifth at the SDSU Last Chance (Feb. 17) in the 1,000-meters with a time of 3:08.85.
Outdoor: Finished in seventh at the NSIC Championships (May 13) in the 1,500-meters with a season's best time of 11:33.49 ... took fourth in the 1,500-meters at the Howard Wood Relays (May 6).

2015-16 (Freshman)
Indoor: Placed fifth in the 1,000 meters at the NSIC Championship (Feb. 26) … finished in second in the 1,000 meters at the Ted Nelson Classic (Feb. 6) … set a personal best in the 1,000 meters with a time of 3:01.02 at the SDSU Indoor Classic (Feb. 12).
Outdoor: Raced to a third place finish and a personal best time of 11:20.23 in the 3,000 Steeplechase at the NSIC Championship (May 13), earning All-NSIC honors … helped the 4x800 meter relay team take second at the Red Raider Open (April 22) … ran for a personal best time of 10:45.67 in the 3,000 meters at the Vance Butler Invitational (April 3).

High School:  A 2015 graduate of Duchesne Academy … three-year letterwinner for the Cardinals … four-time state cross country qualifier  … finished 13th at the 2014 State Cross Country Championships ... earned River Cities All-Conference award and nominated for the Greater Omaha Scholar Athlete award her season campaign … placed first at River Cities Conference meet her junior season … helped the Cardinals to a 10th-place finish at state.
