Indoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Had a personal best in the long jump with a leap of 16-11.5 at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 5 … Had a personal best in the 200m at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 5, running 27.09 … Had a personal best in the 60m at the SDSU Holiday Open & Multi on Dec. 3-4, running 8.03.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Was a part of the 4x100m relay team that placed fifth at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, running 48.68 … Ran a personal-best time of 12.80 in the 100m dash at the Deb Schulz Open on May 6 … Had a personal best jump of 17-2.75 in the long jump at the Kip Janvrin Open on Apr. 29.
2020-21 (Senior):
Indoor: Jumped a personal best at the Wayne State Wildcat Invite on Jan. 31 jumping 16-05 … Ran a personal best in the 60m at the SDSU Last Chance meet on Feb. 20 with a time of 8.18.
Outdoor: Had two personal bests in the 100m dash and long jump at the NSIC & Friends Outdoor Challenge on May 1, with a time of 13.24 and a jump of 16-3.
2019-20 (Junior):
Indoor: Ran a personal best 60 meter at the SDSU Holiday Open on Dec. 7 with a time of 8.38… Had a season best long jump of 4.71m (15-5.5) at the NSIC Indoor Challenge on Feb. 15.
Outdoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19
2018-19 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Earned a ninth place finish with a season best long jump (4.79m) at the SDSU Last Chance on Feb 15… Ran a season best 60m (8.42) at the SDSU Holiday Invite on Dec. 1.
Outdoor: Earned a seventh place finish with a season best long jump (4.73m) at the Mount Marty Invite on Apr. 24… Earned a sixth place finish in the long jump (4.72m) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 3.
2017-18 (Freshman)
Indoor: Recorded a personal best mark of 4.59-meters in the long jump at the SDSU Last Chance (Fed. 16) and took 11th ... set a personal high in the 60-meters with a time of 8.62 at the SDSU Classic (Feb. 9-10) ... finished in 16th in the long jump at the Mankato Alumni Open (Jan. 7) with a mark of 4.43 ... took 19th in the long jump with a leap of 4.56-meters at the MSU Open (Jan. 27).
Outdoor: Set a personal record mark in the long jump at the Red Raider Open (April 20-21) and finished in eighth with a mark of 4.72-meters ... took eighth at the Howard Wood Relays (May 4-5) in the long jump and finished in 13th at the Mt. Marty Twilight (April 25).
High School: 2017 graduate of Lincoln High School in Lake City, Minn. ... finished in 15th in the long jump as a junior at the state meet ... two-time All-Conference and Academic All-State selection ... All-State in the 4x100-meter relay as a sophomore.
