Indoor: Academic All NSIC … Earned NSCA All-America honors ... Placed 10th in the 800m at the NSIC Championships running a time of 2:18.52 … Ran a personal-best in the 1,000m at the Northern State Dual on Jan. 31 running a time of 3:04.85.
Outdoor: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … Ran a season's best 1:02.40 in the 400m at the Sioux City Relays on Apr. 16 … Ran a season's best 2:18.74 in the 800m at the Maverick Classic on May 7.
2019-20 (Junior):
Indoor: Took home first-place honors in the 800 meter at the Mark Schuck Open on Feb. 1 with a time of 2:18.21… Finished in first-place in the 600 meter at the SDSU DII Invitational with a time of 1:37.58… Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.
Outdoor: Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence…

2018-19 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Academic All NSIC… Finishd in fourth place with her season best 800m (2:14.40) at the NSIC Indoor Championships on Feb. 23… Finished in first place in the 800m (2:19.97) at the Minnesota State Invitational on Jan. 11… Ran a season best 400m (1:00.99) at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 9… Ran a season best 600m (1:37.14) at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
Outdoor: Academic All NSIC… Toox seventh place (2:18.37) in the 800m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 11… Earned a third place finish with her season best 800m time of 2:14.55 at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 4… Ran a season best 400m (1:01.41) at the Sioux City Relays on Apr. 13.
2017-18 (Freshman):
Indoor: Earned a fourth place finish in the 600m (1:43.05) at the SDSU Last Chance on Feb. 16… Ran a season best 60m (8.72) at the SDSU Indoor Classic on Feb. 10.
Outdoor: Ran a season best 200m (28.90) at the Red Raider Open on Apr. 21… Earned a 14th place finish in the 800m (2:18.99) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 12.
High School: 2017 graduate of Bishop Heelan High School in Sioux City, Iowa ... helped her 4x800-meter relay team take third at state ... finished in sixth at the state meet in the 800-meters.
Personal: Daughter of Steve and Lisa Ryan ... born in Olathe, Kan. on August 18, 1998 ... plans to major in Biology with aspiration of attending Med School.
