Indoor: Academic All NSIC … Two-time All-American in the mile and distance medley relay running the 1,600m leg … Placed sixth in the mile at the NCAA Championships in a time of 4:57.55 and was part of the distance medley relay that placed fourth that broke the school record with a time of 11:35.55 … Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the mile, 3,000m and DMR ... Won two events at the NSIC Championships on Feb. 27 winning the 3,000m in 9:51.16 and a second place mile running 4:51.59 … Ran a personal-best in the 1,000m at the SDSU Last Chance meet on Feb. 20 running 2:57.79 … Ran a personal-best in the 3,000m at the Ichabod Invite on Feb. 13 running a time of 9:49.14.

Ran a personal best 16:30.16 in the 5,000m at Drake Relays on Apr. 22.
2019-20 (Sophomore):
Indoor: Earned USTFCCCA All-Central Region honors in the 3,000 meter and 5,000 meter… Took home All-NSIC honors in the 5,000 meter with a second-place finish and time of 17:17.21 at the NSIC Championships… Also earned All-NSIC honors in the 3,000 meter at the NSIC Championships with a second-place finish and time of 10:02.69… Took home first-place in the 3,000 meter at the NSIC Challenge on Feb. 15 with a time of 9:57.93 and NDSU Bison Open on Feb. 8 with a time of 10:08.10… Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

Outdoor: Earned a fourth place finish (36:52.05) in the 10,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 11… Earned a fourth place finish (17:36.48) in the 5,000m at the NSIC Outdoor Championships… Finished in first place in the 1,500m (4:48.34) at the Dordt College Outdoor Invitational on Apr. 6.
