2019-20 (Junior):
Indoor: Recorded a personal best mile time of 5:36.48 at the Maverick Invitational on Feb. 21… Earned a spot on the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

Outdoor: Ran a season best 10,000m (38:36.63) at the NSIC Outdoor Championships on May 12… Ran a season best 1,500m (5:00.64) at the Howard Wood Dakota Relays on May 5… Ran a season best 5,000m (18.26.52) at the UW Platteville Invitational on Apr. 12.
