2023-24: NWCA Scholar All-American…finished 11-6…went 4-2 at DWU Open for sixth place…recorded 18 escapes, eight takedowns, two falls and one major decision

2022-23: Finished 16-4 overall … logged 26 takedowns, four major decisions, three technical falls, and three falls.

High School: A 2022 graduate of Minneota High School ... held a 37-2 record and earned Academic All-State honors while earning a section championship and state tournament birth as a senior ... two-time team captain as a junior and senior.

Personal: Jonah is the son of Jennifer and Mark Gruenes ... has four siblings and enjoys playing video games, watching movies and playing baseball ... majoring in data science.
