Jonas Gjesdal is a freshmen cross country runner from Bergen, Norway. Gjesdal competeted last weekend at the Briar Cliff Invitational. Gjesdal finished sixth overall in the invitational with a time of 25:33.21. This was Gjesdal first race at Augustana University. Gjesdal was also the top freshmen to finish at the Briar Cliff.
