Augustana University Athletics

Taylor Machacek is a sophomore on the nationally ranked, Augustana women's soccer team. Machacek resides from Sioux Falls, S.D. where she attended Roosevelt High School. Machacek made three saves in the Vikings 1-0 win over Southwest Minnesota State on Friday. Machacek made another three saves in Augustana's 3-0 victory over rival Sioux Falls on Sunday. The two wins over the weekend gives Machacek 15 wins on the season which breaks the previous mark, set by Ashley Limmer last year. Machacek's nine shutouts of the year are the most in program history.
