BRAINERD, Minn. – Augustana College women's golf finds itself in familiar territory and is in first place after the first two rounds of the NSIC Championships at 72-over-par 648 (321-327). Augustana registered the team-low round for the second straight day, shooting a 327 and holds an 18 stroke lead over second place Concordia-St. Paul (336-330-666).
Augustana has won five straight NSIC Championships and will look to make it six when the final two rounds of the 72-hole championships are played April 25-26 at Dacotah Ridge Golf Course in Morton, Minn.

Sierra Langlie held on to the individual lead and will carry a seven stroke lead into the final two rounds in April. Langlie shot a six-over-par 78 on Sunday and sits at 11-over-par 155 (77-78).
Marisa Toivonen fired identical rounds of 81 and is tied for second at 18-over-par 162 and is seven strokes off the lead.
Emily Israelson, who was tied for first entering today's round, shot a 15-over-par 87 this afternoon and is in fifth place at 20-over-par 164.
Jordan Bormann took five strokes off her first round score and shot a nine-over-par 81 this afternoon and is in seventh place at 23-over-par 167 (86-81).
JoDee Wheeler is tied for 21st with four other players at 34-over-par 1748 (88-90).
Augustana will conclude its fall season Oct. 20-21 at the Lindenwood Fall Invite in St. Charles, Mo.
