SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana women's golf shot a 32-over-par 320 on the second day of the Augustana Spring Invite at Prairie Green Golf Course and won the six-team tournament at 41-over-par 617 (297-320). Freshman
Kali Trautman held on to her individual lead to earn individual medalist honors.
Trautman, who shot a tournament and career-low round of 70 on Saturday carded a seven-over-par 79 on Sunday to finish in first with a five-over-par 149. This marks the first medalist honor for Trautman in her career.
Augustana finished 50 strokes ahead of second-place finisher USF (667-321-346). Bemidji State finished third with a 123-over-par 699.
The Vikings had seven players finish in the top 10.
Sierra Langlie finished in third with an 11-over-par 155 after shooting eight-over-par 80 on Sunday to go with her three-over-par 75 in round one.
Emily Israelson entered the clubhouse with a 12-over-par 156 (76-80) to finish fourth overall after shooting an eight-over-par 80 this afternoon.
Jordan Bormann delivered a fifth-place finish shooting a 13-over-oar 157 (76-81).
Jennifer Pederson, competing as an individual for the Vikings, placed sixth with a 16-over-par 160 after shooting eight-over-par 80 both rounds.
Katie Grevlos tied for seventh at 21-over-par 165 shooting a 78 on day one and a 15-over-par 87 on Sunday.

Abby Martin and Matt Tschider all competed as individuals for Augustana. Wheeler placed ninth at 22-over-par 166 (81-55), Martin and Tschider tied for 12th at 26-over-par 170.
Martin shot an 86 on day one and a 12-over-par 84 on Sunday. Tschider fired an 11-over-par 83 on day one and a 15-over-par 87 on day two.
Augustana will now turn its attention to championship season as the Vikings will compete at the NSIC Championships April 25-26 in Morton, Minn. Augustana has won five straight NSIC Championships and will look to make it six straight as it takes an 18-stroke lead into the final two rounds of the championship.
