SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The Augustana University football team announced its camp dates for the spring and summer of 2016. Augustana football will conduct seven camps during June and July and a free kids camp on Saturday, April 23.
 
The Spring Kids Camp will be held April 23 from 12-2 p.m. at Kirkeby-Over Stadium and is designed for grades K-6. Admission for the Spring Kids Camp is free. To register for the Spring Kids Camp, click HERE.
 
The Viking Youth Camp, for grades K-8, will be offered three different times during the summer. The youth camps will be held June 8-9 and 13-14 and July 27-28. The Viking Youth Camp is an in-depth, technique football camp designed to teach Fun-damentals to all position groups.
 
The Augustana Individual camp for grades 9-12 will be held June 15 and 22 and are available to all current high school student-athletes. Players will receive one-on-one instruction from Augustana football players and staff. This camp is half-padded (cleats, shoulder pads, helmet and mouthpiece are required).
 
Augustana will hold two prospect days, June 16 and 23, for grades 11-12. Prospect day is designed for all 2017 and 2018 graduates. Cleats and workout clothes are the only required equipment for this camp.

Augustana University football, under the direction of third-year head coach Jerry Olszewski, is coming off a historical 2015 season. The Vikings finished 9-3, marking just its second season with nine or more wins in program history, and shared the NSIC South Division Championship with a record of 6-1 in divisional play.
 
Augustana made its fourth NCAA Playoff appearance in program history in 2015, its first appearance since 2010.
