BURNSVILLE, Minn. -- For the fourth time in her career and second this season, Augustana junior Hannah Hankinson is named the Northern Sun Conference women's golfer of the week. 

Teeing off in their final event of the fall last week, the Augustana women's golf team finished with five of the top seven golfers at the NSIC Fall Preview. Hankinson finished in first overall, firing back-to-back 79s (+7) in both rounds for a 158 total. Hankinson won the event at +14, one shot ahead of teammate and fellow Viking McKayla Poppens (+15).

Named All-NSIC First Team a year ago, Hankinson's performance helped lead the Vikings to the team title at the NSIC Fall preview. Augustana finished at +29, seven shots ahead of second place Concordia St. Paul.

Hankinson previously won NSIC Golfer of the Week honors in early Oct. 2018, and also won the award in Oct. 2016, and Sept. 2017.

Hankinson and the Vikings will now look forward to the spring season, conference play, and a chance to return to the NCAA tournament.
