SIOUX FALLS, S.D. -- The class of 2019 signees continue to roll in for the Augustana Swimming team. On Wednesday, the program announced they were adding Justine Stellmaker to the roster for the 2019-20 season.
The Minnesota native will graduate from Chanhassen High School in June of 2019. Stellmaker was a four-year letter winner and a captain her senior season for the Storm, with her top times as a senior coming in the 50 free (24.97, 24.52 relay split) and the 100 free (54.62, 53.91 relay split). Stellmaker has been named All-Conference three years running and participated in the Minnesota State Tournament both as an individual and as a team.
Stellmaker will swim the sprint freestyle and backstroke as a Viking.
Stellmaker is undecided what she plans to major in, but is between teaching and marketing. Upon graduating from Augustana, Stellmaker hopes to become a swim coach.
The Viking swim program now has five student-athletes signed for the class of 2019.
