BURNSVILLE, Minn. -- After a fantastic performance at the Bryan Clay Invitational in Azusa, Calif. last week, Olivia Montez Brown has been named the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week release published by the conference on Tuesday.

The redshirt junior from Chester, Cheshire, England put up a point total of 5,020 in the heptathlon last week which was good for an NCAA Division II Provisional Qualifying mark. 

The point total that Montez Brown achieved is the sixth best time in all of Division II. Along with Montez Brown, Danielle Kohlwey of Minnesota Duluth was named the NSIC Track Athlete of the Week.
