SIOUX FALLS S.D. -- The Augustana men's tennis team will travel to Fremont, Nebraska with a pair of duals against Doane and Midland. The match with Midland is slated for 11 a.m. while the contest with Doane is set at 2 p.m. 

The Warriors

Midland moves to 3-3 in early season play, recently dropping Southwestern College. 

The Tigers

Doane is currently 3-1 on the season. The Tigers have won three straight after losing their season opener to Coe College. Last time out, the Tigers were able to grab all singles duals against Bethel. 

The Vikings

Augustana is now 2-1 early into the season. Senior Logan Barr is doing his part, winning two-of-three in No. 1 singles so far this season while also winning two-of-three in No. 1 doubles with partner freshman Cade Damgaard.

Also having success in doubles is Jakson Stoutamire getting a win with partner senior Frank Kelly along with a win with freshman Tory Shafer

Kelly and Shafer are undefeated in singles duals so far this season. 

The Vikings bested Midland in their matchup last year, winning 5 singles matches and also taking two doubles contests.

Men's tennis travels to St. Peter, Minnesota for dual contests between Grinnell and Gustavus Adolphus. The Vikings face Grinnell at 4:30 p.m. and Gustavus Adolphus slated for 7:30 p.m.
