BURNSVILLE, Minn. -- Augustana senior Rebekah Rairdon earned her first NSIC Track Athlete of the Week honors the league office announced Monday. 

Rairdon, hailing from Fort Collins, Colorado, placed fifth in the seeded 3,000m steeplechase at the Drake Relays running 10:31.77. She was the second-fastest Division II athlete in the field. 

Her provisional qualifying time currently ranks her fifth in the nation and No. 3 on the Augustana all-time list. 

The Augustana track & field teams return to competition this week competing at the GVSU Meet and the NSIC Outdoor Challenge.
