MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.--No. 5 Augustana wrestling fell to No. 10 Minnesota on Thursday, 37-4. The Vikings saw the lone victory at 125 pounds. AU falls to 0-2 in dual action and Minnesota, of the NCAA DI Big Ten conference, improves to 3-0 on the season.
Jaxson Rohman gave the Vikings the first victory of the night with a 15-7 major decision win at 125 pounds. Rohman totaled three takedowns in the first period to gain an early 6-3 lead. He added four more takedowns and earned an escape point in the remaining periods to bring his total to 15 points and add four to the team score for Augustana.
