SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – The No. 20 Augustana women's tennis team will close out the regular season with a weekend of home matches and a Tuesday afternoon clash before entering the NSIC Tournament.
The Vikings host Winona State Saturday at 6 p.m. inside GreatLIFE Woodlake Athletic Club. Augustana then welcomes Upper Iowa to GreatLIFE Sunday at 9:30 a.m. If the Vikings win both matches over the weekend, they will clinch their 12th-straight NSIC title outright.

Augustana will close out the regular season hosting Sioux Falls on Tuesday at 3 p.m. at the Huether Tennis Centre. The contest would mark the first outdoor NSIC contest for AU since April 12, 2014, when the Vikings played host to St. Cloud State.

Augustana holds a record of 15-1 this season while extending its NSIC regular season win-streak to 137.
In the latest ITA poll, the Vikings were tabbed No. 20 in the nation while Florentia Hadjigeorgiou and Valeriya Monko are ranked within the top-75 in singles play coming in at 63 and 67, respectively.
In conference play this season, the Vikings hold the four best singles records with Monko, Hadjigeorgiou, Aleksandra Kistanova and Margarita Chouliara all having unblemished records in singles play.
Hadjigeorgiou and Kistanova are 14-0 this season while Chouliara is 8-0 in singles play.
In doubles play, the Vikings have three doubles teams with over 10 wins this season. No. 1 doubles team, Monko and Hadjigeorgiou hold an 11-3 record, No. 2 doubles team Laura Arce Vieyra and Gabriela Jancikova have a 13-3 ledger and No. 3 doubles team Emily Granson and Kistanova are 12-2 this season.
About the Warriors
Winona State is 12-2 this season with an 8-1 record in NSIC play. The Warriors are highlighted by No. 2 doubles team Sara Anderson and Beth Murman who are undefeated this season with a record of 14-0.
Additionally, Winona State has a two-time NSIC Player of the Week in Rachel Kelly, who is 10-4 in No. 1 singles and 10-4 in No. 1 doubles with teammate Rina Niehoff.
About the Peacocks
Upper Iowa is 6-4 on the year with a 5-4 record in conference play.
The Peacocks are highlighted by Charalampia Grammatikaki, who earned NSIC Player of the Week honors on Mar. 21 and holds a 9-1 record in No. 1 singles and a 6-3 ledger with teammate Jessa Michieli in doubles play.
About the Cougars
Sioux Falls is 10-6 this season with a 5-3 standing in the NSIC. Katelyn Nesheim is 11-3 in singles play this season, playing mainly in the No. 6 slot.
Additionally, Nesheim is 6-4 in doubles play this season paired with Emily Thinnsen.
Joelle Thorfinnson and Danielle Thorfinnson are 4-1 in the NSIC and 6-3 overall in No. 2 doubles.
