KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Augustana men's tennis team had three of its members named to the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Academic Honor Roll. Augustana student-athletes Tyson Cowger, Cade Damgaard and Tory Shafer all earned the honor.
 
Cowger, hailing from Kansas City, Missouri, completed his junior season with a 3.66 GPA in business administration. Cade Damgaard, a junior from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, owns a 3.05 GPA in biology. Tory Shafer, hailing from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was a junior this past season and holds a 3.92 GPA in government.
 
To be recognized on the Academic Honor Roll, one must have a grade point average used by the institution for purposes of NCAA academic certification of 3.00 or above at the certifying member institution. The individual must also have at least two terms of attendance at the certifying member institution, excluding summer terms.
