BROOKFIELD, Ill. – Augustana football's Blake Larson earned an honorable mention to the 2022 Don Hansen NCAA Division II All-America Team.
 
A member of the D2Football.com Elite 100 team, Larson started all 11 games for Augustana in 2022 on the offensive line. He earned First Team All-NSIC South Division honors following the season. He was later awarded a spot on the D2CCA All-Region team.
 
Larson, hailing from Brandon, South Dakota, is now a two-time honorable mention to the Don Hansen postseason teams having earned the slot after the 2021 NSIC Championship season.
 
The Don Hansen team carries out the legacy of long-time small college football advocate Don Hansen, who passed away at age 75 on Aug. 29, 2010. Hansen, from Brookfield, Illinois, started and published Don Hansen's National Weekly Football Gazette for three decades, selecting NCAA Division II All-America teams for the first time in 1988.
